Oh, I love the eyes~

I think that the biggest "issue" I have with her is that she's missing an arm <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/e/e…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="377" title=" (Eek)"/> I think I am pretty sure what you were going for, but putting in some indiction of her other arm will add a good amount of "professionalism" to the image. As it is now, I am not sure if she even has another arm (and if she doesn't - forgive me. No offense meant).
It's a totally personal thing, but I'd love to see a bit more definition in her arm. It's totally personal, but it makes her arm seem rather scrawny and not in proportion to the rest of her for me. I honestly can't tell if it's a thing or just something with me.

But, again, I LOVE her eyes! Great design. I am not sure how (or even if it's supposed to) but I think it'd really add something if her tail looked connected to her body. As it is now (which may be purposeful) it looks like it's a design in the BG that just happens to make a dragon tail, speaking to her being able to turn into one. Again, I am not sure if that was what you were going for or not, so take it with a grain of salt ^^
